A former classical & contemporary dancer, James has been teaching yoga in Ibiza for the last 23 years. 
Using a choreographic approach, his classes blend asanas, pranayama, meditation & relaxation techniques to create a therapeutic style that relaxes the nervous systems and muscular tension, also allowing the mind to break it’s routine loops and create changes of perception.
